Recipe: Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Chips

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar (or sugar substitute)
  • 1 Tbls cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Brush one side of each tortilla with melted butter.
  2. Stir cinnamon and sugar together and sprinkle over buttered side.
  3. Repeat with other side.
  4. Cut each tortilla into eight wedges.
  5. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 350 for 5-10 minutes until lightly browned.
  6. Turn over and bake another 5-10 minutes or until lightly browned on the other side.

Variations

I store any leftover cinnamon and sugar in a bag to use next time or if I make cinnamon toast
