Eye see you!

If you haven’t figured it out, over here at the Dame house we are a very strange bunch! So for most of our friends the theme for Hunnie’s birthday party came as no surprise.

It all started around Halloween when I came a crossed these adorable cupcakes. Hunnie has a weird fascination with Eyeball’s so I immediately knew I needed to make these. But why and when was another story, I couldn’t just come home one day and make them and Halloween had already came and went. I needed a big day… Christmas? Too weird… New years? Still just as odd… Birthday? Perfect!! So what started with a cupcake soon became a whole event, the after Halloween sales were everywhere so I went to searching and planning.

I found the reflector eyeglasses at the dollar store

I also took my cupcake tower, wove ribbon through the sides and hot glued googley eyes that I found at Michael’s

Unfortunately, while running around like a mad women trying to prepare for the party, I didn’t have time to photograph a lot of the foods. Grrrrr… Either way, pictures or not I will be posting the recipes throughout the week.
